Our vision

Our Vision is to see our local community flourish. For all those living in our Parish and in our town to be living the life that God created them for and achieving their full potential. We long to see creation itself restored to God’s original intention as well.

In order to see this vision become a reality we seek to serve our local community with the resources that God has given us.  We partner with many local agencies to facilitate our vision, by hiring our buildings to them so they can easily support our local community and by working with them to offer free support and services at our Place of Welcome and Thrive Thursdays.

We want our building to be open and fully accessible every day of the week to bless and to serve the needs of our local community. We are working towards a fully accessible building and an adult changing facility for those that need it and their carers. More details of this can be found under our Project Section.

We seek to be an environmentally friendly church and have been awarded Bronze Eco Church status by the A  Rocha Foundation.  We use recycled goods where possible and Fairtrade or Rainforest Alliance products where available. We are working towards the redesign of our green space to become a Community Garden that all may use.
