For anybody interested in finding out about the menopause – any questions you may have, help, advice from others, there is a new Menopause Cafe starting up at St Augustine’s Church, Gillingham, starting on Saturday 31st January at 10am. Free parking is available in the church car park.
Everybody is welcome, including men. No need to book, but if you would like to let Sarah know that you will be attending that would be helpful.
